Shipping: Products sold at TaylorEquipmentSupply.com can be shipped within the continental United States only. TaylorEquipmentSupply.com reserves the right to make delivery in installments. Products will be shipped via ground and/or via freight (common carrier). Freight shipments are loading dock only. TaylorEquipmentSupply.com may choose to ship your order direct from Port Jefferson Station, NY or drop-ship from the manufacturer, Please call 631-928-2696 if your order requires express (next-day, 2nd-day, etc.) In case of shortage or damage, notify the delivering transportation agent and file a claim immediately.
Return Policy: All sales final. Cancellations are not permitted. Exceptions and exchanges can be made at our discretion. All returns will require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, supplies by calling 631-928-2696. Product returns must be un-used condition, shipped in the original carton, including original packing slip. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the return credit. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. No returns or exchanges on parts orders.
Warranty Policy: All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy.
